If ordering a custom intro, use the additional information field on the order form to submit the text for your intro, or e-mail sales@TheaterIntros.com. SHIPPING & DOWNLOADS Intros ordered for download will normally be ready in two to three business days or sooner. When the intro is completed, you will receive download instructions via e-mail. File sizes are typically 30 to 50 megabytes per intro, so a high-speed connection is required. DVD orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail two to three day service.
